Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or item changes (based on availability).

If you need a different size or want to swap for another piece:

  • We recommend requesting an exchange instead of a refund to secure your item before it sells out


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (if marked)

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items (not due to our error)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize.

  • A photo of the issue

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


In-Person Purchases (Events & Pop-Ups)

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment when possible


Processing Time

  • Refunds typically process within 3–10 business days depending on your bank


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
