Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays.


Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

If an item is marked as pre-order, shipping times will be clearly noted on the product page.

Orders containing pre-order items may ship once all items are ready.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional support, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Damaged Packages
